Violating the security or integrity of the Service or any data or personal information stored therein.

3. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that:

Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;

3.2

Contains confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information belonging to any third party.

3.3

Violates the privacy or publicity rights of others.

3.4

Is false, misleading, or deceptive.

4. Enforcement

Earna reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this Policy. Actions may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Removing or disabling access to any violating content.
  2. Suspending or terminating user accounts.
  3. Reporting violations to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone has violated this Policy, please report it to legal@earna.ai. Provide as much detail as possible to help us address the issue promptly.

6. Changes to Policy

Earna may revise this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. For material changes, Earna will provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by Earna.
